Immigrant Solutions is an immigration law practice in East Rutherford, New Jersey, with a second office in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Immigration is federal law, so the matters we handle are rarely confined to one county or one state. But the office itself is an ordinary, local place, and that is deliberate. A great deal of this work only happens properly in person: sorting through documents across a table, preparing someone for an interview, and standing beside them when it finally comes.
Immigration cases are long, and most of their length is spent waiting. We treat the waiting as part of the work rather than a gap in it.
